Primary Source History Project
Throughout this past month, Ms. Fratta’s eighth-grade history class has been working on Coronavirus Primary Source Projects. Each week, they have focused on how they have been affected by this pandemic in school, at home, and in everyday life. Last week, they changed it up and had to interview someone else-a family member, a friend, a teacher, etc.-to understand the impact the Coronavirus has had on others. Some students interviewed family members in different states and even different countries.
This week’s writing prompt requires the boys to write reactions to either choose a political cartoon about the Coronavirus or to choose a picture of how the virus is affecting cities around the world.
