Jump Start teacher Jennifer Fratta is a native New Yorker. Ms. Fratta graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After graduating from college, she wanted to pursue education and attended Adelphi University where she received her master’s degree and certifications in childhood education and students with disabilities.
Prior to York Prep, Ms. Fratta taught students of varied learning styles and differences from third through eighth grade in both Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Outside of school, she enjoys traveling, going for long walks around NYC, spending time with family and friends, and cooking. She also recently developed a love for hiking after hiking in the mountains of Colorado.
