Emma Luparello grew up in Alexandria, Virginia. She attended Elon University where she majored in Mathematics with a Teaching Licensure. She then got her Master’s of Education from the Curry School at the University of Virginia. At Elon University, Ms. Luparello was awarded a Noyce Scholarship which trains pre-service teacher in STEM fields at at-risk high schools across the country.

After graduating Ms. Luparello was certified to teach 7-12 Mathematics and taught Algebra 1 and Geometry at Midwood Highschool at Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, NY. She is very excited to be joining the York Prep Community. Outside of school, Ms. Luparello enjoys reading, watching New York sports, and traveling.
