Faculty Appreciation Lunch

Led by Laurie Giddens, Marlene Conetta, and Catherine Wilson, the Parents Association hosted the faculty appreciation luncheon on Wednesday, December 8th in the school library. With the help of Beycan Akbulut, Luis Arias and the remarkable maintenance team, the York library transformed into a social space for faculty and staff. Fiona Hutchinson and the theater department organized performances in the chapel, and with a live feed set up by Mr. Abba, everyone could enjoy the luncheon in a safe and socially distant way. With midterms a week away and the work of a busy quarter coming to a close, teachers and staff immensely enjoyed the luxurious spread of gourmet sandwiches and the sounds of talented student singers and musicians.
