York Prep Film Festival
The First Annual York Prep Short Film Festival is upon us, and we are super excited! On Thursday morning, May 21st, we will send out an e-blast with a link to where you can go to view our students' films!
The films average one to two minutes in length and cover many different genres: horror, suspense, documentaries, indie mood films, satires, and comedies. The films will be viewable until the end of the semester, but everyone will have a window of four days to vote for their favorite three films. An audience choice award will be announced on Monday, May 25th. In addition to the audience choice award, a panel of passionate film-loving faculty members will also vote for Best Screenplay, Best Direction, Best Editing, Best Cinematography, Best Actor, and Best Actress Awards. Please take some time out of your day and catch a film!
