ASJ Club Plans for the DAIS Conference and Helping People In Need
York Prep clubs continue to meet online, and some members of the Affinity Social Justice club met last week to catch up, share their distance learning experiences, and to discuss the upcoming Diversity Awareness Initiative for Students conference. The ASJ plans to register students so that they can participate in the inline forum of events on May 9th. More information on the conference can be found here.
ASJ members are also working on ways to spread he word about contributing to our fellow New Yorkers and Americans in most need. The Coronavirus Crisis has exposed the disparities in health care and privilege of social distancing, and they want to raise awareness and support. Stay tuned for more.
