An Exciting New Feature that Highlights York Prep Musical Talent is Now Live and Available For Your Listening Pleasure!
Earlier this year we presented you with our new state-of-the-art music lab.
Music students have been learning how to compose, arrange, and remix music digitally throughout the year. In an effort to better showcase these compositions, we have started a SoundCloud account for the school.
This account will feature a rotating selection of students' work, ranging in styles from classic rock to hip hop. Students work on projects both individually and in groups-- individuality and collaboration are both vital to creating music.
Some students have been making their own beats for years, and others are brand new to music making. It is with great pride that we share these musical projects with our York Prep community.
