Math 9: Algebra II

Algebra Two exposes students to continued, more sophisticated and complex, algebraic topics. Beginning with a review of equations, inequalities, and graphing, students learn new parent functions, expressions, and new equations, including the quadratic, square root, rational, exponential, and logarithmic. Students improve their facilities with new methods of factoring, new systems of equations, sampling, and statistics. Learners understand new relationships between algebra and geometry, and they increase their understanding of mathematics applications in advanced math and science professions.
